Pillar 5 during the daytime

Pillar 5 contains three sets of ciphers. The first is a grid of 10 rows by 26 columns of glyphs comprising a circle with one pointed corner that I have dubbed a 'squircle'. Below this, is a multi-line non-grid alphabetic cipher. On the base is the ever-present series of numbers.

The squircle grid is 10 rows by 26 columns. I have transcribed each depending on the direction the corner points in line with Cartesian quadrant naming (see graphic to the right).
